Suncrest – Draper Utah
Located in the southeast corner of the Salt Lake Valley is the Suncrest new home development. It is located on South Mountain and bridges the Utah County and Salt Lake County border. Its central location provides easy comminuting to both Provo and Salt Lake, both of which are approximately 30 minutes away. This master planned community features 6 different builders, who have so far have provided over 900 custom homes. Prices range from the $200’s to over $2,000,000. Highbury at Lake Park – West Valley City
