This web page is provided as a free source of Logan Real Estate listings information for those who want to find all available houses, land, condos, duplexes, fourplexes, multi-family, foreclosures, and other properties for sale in the Cache County market without just talking to Realtor, even though using the services of a buyers agent is usually free. When I first relocated to North Logan, before I became a Realtor, I was disappointed with Realtors web sites that would display only their companies home listings for sale and wouldn't even share the prices. I didn’t care which brokerages listed them, I wanted to view all house listings in Cashe Valley and Northern Utah that were actively for sale. At the time I was very interested in investing in HUD housing, foreclosures, reposessed properties, and bank owned homes. I needed to make sure my investment property was really going to be the best possible investment. I wanted to see details of the house, I wanted to view good photos, know the price, the buying process, the steps involved in buying a home, and I wanted to be able to get neighborhood information to make sure the listed properties were at least close to what I was looking for before calling a buyers agent to show me the home.  I have spent many hours to include the best real estate resources, and MLS search features to help those relocationg to Cache Valley ease their relocation.
